Who we are

SPN Solutions Inc. is a mission driven technology company founded and led by Daryl Davies. SPN-OncoSynth Foundry is its flagship oncology intelligence platform, built to unite the world's cancer research into a single collaborative grid resolved by a proprietary algorithm engine. Our purpose is simple and relentless. We rapidly cure cancer one case at a time, by turning fragmented data into a clear, end to end path from a patient case to a manufacturable, testable, deployable therapy.

Researcher and builder

SPN-OncoSynth Foundry was conceived, researched, designed, architected, and built by Daryl Davies. As Founder, Principal Investigator, and Chief Architect he leads the science, the system design, and the engineering of the platform, and is personally driving it from working prototype toward a validated, go-live production state.

SPN-OncoSynth Foundry is an end to end oncology intelligence platform built around three connected systems.

Global collaboration grid

A live mesh of cancer centers, research universities, national institutes, genomic biobanks, trial networks, and pharma R&D sites worldwide. Drill from region to country to a single source and inspect its contribution in real time.

The Crush Cancer Engine

The Crush Cancer Engine is a proprietary algorithm engine built to rapidly and dynamically formulate candidate cure protocols. It resolves a patient case against billions of synthetic data points, weights candidate agents by disease stage, mechanistic class, evidence strength, and tolerability, then converges on a non redundant combination with a projected response and a calibrated confidence interval.

The drug dossier

A complete record carried from discovery through composition, sourcing, cost to cure, build, testing, packaging, FDA review, patient and clinician directions, side effects, outcome, alternate routes and reversal, and live deployment. Every layer is clickable.
